2022 TDP

September 30, 2022

The safety of our riders and community is our number one priority at every YSC Tour de Pink Lisa J. Frank Memorial Ride (TDP).

YSC exists to serve a community that may be immunocompromised, so it is critical we all work together to ensure the health and safety of all attendees.

At this year’s ride, 2-day riders will be sharing hotel rooms, and your roommate could be someone you don’t know. Therefore, we are requiring that ALL riders show proof of completion of  their COVID-19 vaccine series or a negative test result that is within 5 days of the ride.

  • All riders and guests over 2 years old will be required to present proof of completion for their COVID-19 vaccine series or a negative test result that is within 5 days of the ride. Anyone that cannot provide this proof will be asked to leave to ensure the safety of all attendees.
  • Mask requirements will be updated on the TDP website within 2 weeks of the event date based on CDC and New Jersey state requirements in effect at that time.
  • If you are having any symptoms, such as congestion, cough, fever, etc., please do not attend the event, even if you are vaccinated. We know how disappointing it would be to miss TDP, but the risks to the community are serious.

If You ARE Vaccinated: Proof of Completion of COVID-19 Vaccine Series

Bring your vaccine card, a photocopy, digital pass or photo on your phone to provide proof of vaccination. Take a photo on your phone so that you’ll have backup proof in case you leave your physical copy at home.

If you ARE NOT vaccinated:

All riders and guests who are not vaccinated and are over 2 years old, must show proof of a negative test result that is within 5 days of the ride. While we prefer a negative PCR test, a negative antigen test will be accepted.

The YSC TDP team is monitoring local and national public health recommendations closely and will endeavor to accommodate any changes that may occur. We recommend following both the CDC health guidelines and the guidelines of local health departments below.

Updates on COVID protocols will be posted on the TDP website and emailed to all riders two weeks before the event date. All riders will be required to sign a  COVID-19 WAIVER at registration.
