We cannot wait to see the entire community at the YSC Tour de Pink Lisa J. Frank Memorial Ride (TDP)! 

OFFICIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR 2022 TDP ATTENDEES, STAFF, VENDORS AND VOLUNTEERS

YSC prioritizes the health and safety of our community above all else, and we know you do too. The following protocol will be implemented at the 2022 YSC Tour de Pink:
 

• Testing: All individuals age 13+ will be required to test negative in order to be in the YSC Tour de Pink event space. This includes both registered participants and their guests, as well as staff/volunteers/vendors. See detailed information below.

• Vaccinations: We will not ask for proof of vaccination. However, YSC strongly encourages all TDP participants and their guests to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including eligible booster shots. 

TESTING REQUIREMENTS

Everyone who plans to be onsite for TDP should test for COVID-19 before arriving (following the guidelines below). This may be an at-home or lab-based antigen test*. 

When you check in, YSC will provide additional test kits for you to use during your time onsite. 

YSC will be using the mobile app, Bindle, to facilitate this process. 

Please set up your account and review the information in advance, so your TDP experience is seamless!
 

BINDLE INSTRUCTIONS

DAY OF ARRIVAL

• Please take a COVID-19 test before coming onsite. It may be an at-home or lab-based antigen test, but it must be taken within 24 hours of your arrival. Follow the instructions for the Bindle app to upload your test results. If you test earlier than 24 hours in advance, the pass on your app will expire.
  • ​NOTE: When using your Bindle app remember two important steps - 1) upload your test results AND 2) create your YSC Entry Pass.
     
• When you come onsite, you will be asked to show your Bindle app. For those who show a negative test result, you will receive a wristband that you will be asked to wear and present to staff throughout the weekend.
   
• If you have tested positive before arriving, we ask that you contact the designated YSC staff person and do not come onsite.

AFTER FIRST ARRIVAL DAY

• YSC will give you test kits for any additional days you’re on site. You do not need to input these results into the app, but we require you to follow the appropriate protocols should you test positive (detailed instructions will be provided onsite).

GUESTS

• All guests (ages 13+) who attend indoor portions of TDP will be required to show negative test results. Upon showing negative results in the Bindle app, they will receive a wristband.
   
• Please note that the app allows for 1 user per device, so any guests must download and use the app on their own device. If this is not possible, please reach out before the event.
   
• Guests must be able to show negative results in the app as outlined above in order to receive a wristband. Should they be onsite for more than 1 day, additional testing kits are available to use daily.

IF YOU OR A GUEST TEST POSITIVE WHILE AT TDP:

Contact the designated YSC staff person immediately. You will be provided detailed instructions in your welcome kit.

OTHER SCENARIOS:
 

• You or a guest are testing negative, but you feel ill or have a fever: do NOT come to TDP and the event site. If you begin to feel ill onsite, contact the designated YSC staff person. 
   
• If someone in your household has tested positive within 5 days of arrival - do NOT come to TDP and the event site.

You will be asked to sign a COVID-19 waiver at check-in acknowledging your agreement to the terms.

* Fun fact: Did you know most insurance plans cover at-home COVID-19 tests for free? Ask at your local pharmacy.
