There are more than 250,000 survivors who were diagnosed with breast cancer before age 40 living in the U.S. today. They are navigating an already permanently altered life after cancer now compounded by COVID-19.
I have made the exciting decision to participate in YSC Virtual Tour de Pink this year to raise funds to support them through the Young Survival Coalition (YSC).
This year, I am riding to honor my dear friend, Shana Wood. She is one of the most amazing humans I've ever had the privilege to know. She was diagnosed in the spring of 2019 and has since conquered this battle. During her treatments, Shana has worked full time and taken care of her young daughter with her head held high and the same courageous attitude. It is my hope these funds can further support the research needed to end this overcome this disease for women like Shana. YSC ensures no young adult faces breast cancer alone. For more information, visit youngsurvival.org. I hope I can count on you to help me reach my fundraising goal. Any amount helps!
Thank you in advance for your support. I truly appreciate your generosity.
